The hotel was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. the room was modern and clean. The breakfast had a good variety of Chinese options.
The staff English level was very basic and made communication a bit difficult. the hotel seemed outdated and some areas were not well maintained.

The hotel is located close to shopping streets/mall and some restaurants, but it is dificult to find out, what is the centre of Luoyang. This seems to be in the centre of the city, though. Breakfast is ok, but very Chinese. Be open-minded and give it a try. Hotel staff is very helpfull, but they do not really speak English. With a lot of patience and a translater, we arranged a tour to the tempel-caves and Shaolin with a guide (who did not speak English either) - but it was fun anyway and it was a great opportunity to practice Chinese.
The hotel is old and worn. It has four stars, but I have no idea how it got them, as it seems more like an old 3 star hotel... After a while you get used to it, and hardly notice the old bathroom or the dirty windows. Remember; You get what you pay fore.

This hotel is conveniently located close to shopping streets and restaurants, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. the rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. the friendly and helpful staff go above and beyond to assist guests, even arranging tours for a reasonable price. the Chinese breakfast buffet offers a taste of local cuisine, with options to cater to different preferences.
It seems that the hotel lacks fluent English-speaking staff, which may pose challenges for non-Chinese speaking guests.

Location very near with city centre, pedestrian shopping, a lot of restaurant (local and franchise). Standard Chinese breakfast.
We book suite two bedroom, ac of one room is not cold enough. We have report to front desk, but the result still same. Quantity of food and drink for breakfast is not enough.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of the city. The location here is fantastic, with shopping streets and restaurants close by. It was easy to explore the area and experience the vibrant atmosphere.
I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel had a great gym and swimming pool to use. the breakfast was delicious with a variety of Chinese and Western dishes to choose from. the location was convenient, with shopping and dining options within walking distance. the hotel also had a shuttle service to the nearby airport, which was very helpful.
The room had a strange smell, and the bedding looked a bit worn out. the Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable at times, making it difficult to work.
